Assistance with your Tax Deductions** As a CPA with many years of experience in tax preparation, I will calculate your maximum purchase price, itemized deductions, tax savings, and your new take home pay and compare it to your current situation. This will help you decide whether buying a home is right for you. You will receive a printout of all calculations at various purchase prices to take home. I have collected hundreds of floor plans for many condo buildings in South Beach and SOMA. If available, you’ll receive copies of floor plans for properties you’re interested in so that you can view the layout of the condo prior to your visit. This will save you time and make the search process much more productive. Currently I have floor plans for more than 25 condominium complexes in the city, and am adding new ones constantly. For example, I have all floor plans for popular buildings such as The Watermark and The Metropolitan. Once your property purchase has been completed I will assist you in my capacity as a CPA to help you figure out how to adjust your withholding taxes for the following year so that you will pay the correct amount of income tax in the future.
